From mattress dimensions to concrete density, strength and connection material, our focus is on supplying the right specification and a high-quality product for your project.
We can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK, including direct delivery to your chosen port.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
What is a concrete mattress?
A concrete mattress is a flexible mat made from individual concrete blocks linked together with rope or steel wire. The connections allow the blocks to move relative to one another, so the mattress can conform to the seabed and the profile of a pipeline or cable.
Placed over or alongside subsea assets, the blocks provide physical protection while their weight helps stabilise the asset and reduce movement. Mattresses are also used to limit scour by covering the seabed around vulnerable infrastructure.

Our Aberdeen base puts us close to Fraserburgh, Peterhead, Aberdeen and Montrose. This makes us a practical local choice for North Sea operators and contractors supporting offshore wind farms from these ports.
We can locally source cranes, transport, inshore and offshore tooling as required for any project. From design, manufacture to delivery to quayside, we are there every step of the way.
