Articulated concrete mattresses are arrays of high-density concrete blocks linked by durable rope or cable. Their flexible construction allows each unit to follow the seabed and the profile of the asset beneath it.
Installed by crane from a vessel, they deliver immediate protection without trenching - making them a proven option for crossings, free-span correction, stabilisation and scour protection.
